Should you invite children to weddings?

Well, the decision to have an adult only wedding and not invite children to free up space and budget is a tough one. It is a decision that the bride and groom have to make after much thought and deliberation.


  • Will excluding children, make it more difficult for parents to attend your wedding if they have to find a baby sitter?
  • How do you cater for and entertain small children during the wedding?
  • Does the venue provide a child friendly menu?
  • Will small children be asleep/tired by the time of the wedding photographs?
However, if you do invite children, you could end up with some cool kids' photos like this....
