Today I got to listen in and photograph Melissa Lund, personal stylist and image consultant as she discussed the role of image at work, and how you can dress to best suit your body shape.

Corporate Event: The Grange City Hotel

Was commissioned to shoot a corporate event at the Grange City Hotel near the Tower of London.

Photography Challenge [2] Personality without faces

Following on from my first photography challenge - here is the second challenge. Capture personality.... easy you say.... ummm the challenge is to capture personality without faces. This was an actual brief for some corporate work I recently did.

Your rules are:

– not show full frontal or recognisable faces, but rather focus on gestures, movement and expressions

– show an element in sharp focus, with foreground and background (building/objects/ people) dropping away to soft focus

– be expressive and convey energy, passion, positivity

– show interaction between people

– include some ‘action’ shots
